About the WorkplaceTech Accelerator

SHRMLabs, powered by SHRM, is launching the 3rd annual WorkplaceTech Accelerator! The WorkplaceTech Accelerator is the premier accelerator crafted specifically for growth-stage HR tech startups ready to tackle the biggest workplace challenges of our time. 

Throughout the 12-week hybrid program, cohort companies will have access to industry leading advisors, receive feedback and mentorship from workplace subject matter experts, and connect with SHRMLabs' global investor network. The cohort will also travel to SHRM's Talent Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, NV April 14-17, 2024 as well as SHRM’s Annual Conference and Exposition in Chicago, IL June 23 – 26, 2024 for the opportunity to engage directly with SHRM members and HR professionals from around the world. The WorkplaceTech Accelerator will culminate with Demo Day on June 13, 2024!

Eligibility Criteria:

• Be incorporated as a for-profit company.
• Have a cohesive team and a well-developed business plan.
• Have a fully developed product in the market.
• Minimum of 2 full years of operating history.
• Solution has the potential to revolutionize the workplace and the future of work.
• Can commit to the full 12-week program.
• Be able to travel to SHRM HQ for program kick-off events on March 26-27, 2024.
• Be able to attend SHRM’s in-person 2024 Talent and Annual conferences.
